Police are appealing for witnesses after a 33-year-old woman has been left blinded in one eye following a laser pen attack in Clydebank.

The attack took place on Saturday the 10th of September around 10pm under the railway bridge on Dumbarton Road near the junction with Cable Depot Road.

The victim was walking under the bridge when one of the youths shone the laser at her eye.

Both suspcects have been described as white, dark haired, around 14-15 years old wearing dark coloured sportswear.
